While considering the last 25 years, common PC user spends 99% of time with these common input devices while working on some smart machine. The touch screen is not a new technology, but Microsoft Surface is indeed a dawn of a new era. I hope some day in near future I'll be using a similar device for writing my blog post. :) Hi dvius,

It has it's uses, think : info kiosks, control rooms etc. The possibility to have more than one input point on such a screen makes it an extremely valuable technology.
